Our floor had sustained water damage. Our strata contracted Asset Maintenance Australia to rip up our damaged floor, waterproof the concrete base, apply soundproofing and lay a whole new wood floor. How did they do…? Asset Maintenance did a FABULOUS JOB! They not only performed the work within the timeframe alloted (they finished two days early), but our floors are better than they were before. And Asset Maintenance left the apartment spotless! I would recommend Asset Maintenance for any type of trade and repair work. They’re the best!
